These are the age brackets that each runner can race within to compete with those in a similar age group. 2024 will see the introduction of an Age Group Winner Prize for the Hounslow Marathon, Hounslow 17k and Hounslow Monster. Ages will be calculated by the runners age on the day of the Race.

U21: 0 - 21

OPEN: 22 - 39

MASTERS: 40 - 49

GRAND MASTERS: 50 - 59

VETERANS: 60 - 69

LEGENDS: 70 +
