Can’t make it to the startline on event day?
Please check the dates and details below:

SingleTrack will offer a full refund to anyone if they do not wish to race during their/ their partner's/ their surrogate's pregnancy or are not ready to run postpartum.

  • Withdraw and receive a 100% refund minus processing fees from Race Roster.

  • Option A / WITHDRAW and receive a 50% refund.

    Option B / Rollover to next year or another SingleTrack Events race:

    Athletes can rollover their entry to next year’s event or another SingleTrack Events race at no charge.

    When entries open for another SingleTrack Event, please contact us and we’ll send you a code to enter.

    Please note IF you select this option, you are NOT entitled to a refund at a later date.

  • No REFUNDS or ROLLOVERS are available from the Start of September we are all into race mode!

    We understand that accidents, work or family commitments and injuries happen; but we do ask that athletes acknowledge their entry fees are committed by SingleTrack Events to produce a great trail running festival.
